Highest quality golf shoes?

I need some testimonials, as I am in need of some high quality golf shoes. My current ones are footjoys and were purchase because they claimed them to be water-proof. They are about two years old and they are not water proof, at least, they aren’t any longer. Open to suggestions.

i have tried a range of shoes, all of them high price/quality? Footjoy, Nike, Dexter, Florsheim. After about 12 mths they have all failed to stay waterproof. I overcame the problem to dome extent by having at least two pair and alternating between them. I also made sure they were dried carefully and not left wet, eg: in the bag or in the boot of the car. Spraying the shoes and particularly the welt edge with silicone spray [ the type you use on your car interior/trim helped a lot. White shoes [which unfortunately I like] were the worst because the leather has a colour/coating which cracks and lets in water eventually. I am resigned to having to buy a pair for winter/wet weather and having another pair for dry days only.I play two days per week all year round. The guarantee on most sporting equipment is rarely more than 12mths. You could try returning to the point of purchase and trying for a partial refund on purchase of another pair!

If you are looking for the best gofl shoes then you need to try the Adidas tour 360. They are hands down the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. They are slightly pricey, but so are most Nike, Ecco, and other brands as well.

FootJoy “DryJoy”. they are waterproof, and they even offer a 2 year garantee through the company. if you have a pair that becomes defective then all you have to do is return them, and 99.9% of the time they will send you a brand new pair back.
